The Jaguar Type 01 is a luxury four‑door GT (Grand Tourer) with exuberant proportions, intuitive aerodynamics, and up to 1,030PS and 1,365Nm of torque. This is the first Jaguar produced following the exuberant modernist creative philosophy.

Type 01 is designed and produced in the UK with no constraints and crafted to perfection. Designers and engineers worked together to create the most aerodynamic Jaguar ever. Speed, acceleration and fast charging
Jaguar Type 01 features an electric motor with more than 1,000 PS of horsepower. Tri-motor technology achieves up to 1,030PS and 1,365Nm of torque. Intelligent Torque Vectoring locates the power when it’s needed. The car can accelerate from 0‑100km/h (0- 62 mph) in 3.2 seconds and from 100km/h to 180km/h in 4 seconds. Active vanes, a three-stage deployable spoiler and optimised airflow help the Jaguar Type 01 reduce aerodynamic drag. These features manage airflow around the vehicle, improving aerodynamic efficiency and contributing to a drag coefficient of just 0.23.
A 118kWh battery and 850‑volt architecture ensure long uninterrupted rides. While an anticipated EPA range of up to 400 miles (and 450 miles WLTP range), Jaguar Type 01 can add up to 200 miles in just 13 minutes of charging using 350 kW rapid DC charging.
An Interactive Driver Display and Panoramic Soundbar
The central spine runs throughout the entire length of the cabin, resulting in individual spaces for every occupant. It is mirrored on each side by brass-inspired elements. The 24‑inch single glass OLED screen above the driver’s head features an Interactive Driver Display that provides clarity with an intuitive new Jaguar Infotainment.
A smaller smartphone-style seven-inch display between the driver and co-driver hosts easy-to-reach key controls. A full-range Panoramic Soundbar with Sensory Audio seats create a wall of sound, enveloping occupants.
Colours and finishes
The interior follows the bold visual statement made by the exterior. The colour palette is carefully designed to highlight the Type 01 pure surfacing. Users can choose from gloss colours or satin finishes that enhance the car’s monolithic design. The exterior Fender Ingot showcases the famous Jaguar logo.
